And this is me. I’m Luzi, Witch, Somatic Sexologist, Temple Facilitator and Erotic Artist.
What brought me here was a desperate longing to move beyond the pain, depression, and disconnection that had shaped much of my life. For years, I searched for something—anything—that would bring me a sense of peace and wholeness. When I discovered Self Pleasure, I found what I’d been seeking all along: the love, juice, and magic at my core.
It’s through these challenges that the modality of JUICE, which is based on the elemental wisdom of nature, was birthed. Over the last 5 years I’ve distilled my own experiences & insights of many 100s of hours of study & practice, woven it with science & ancient wisdom - and created this journey in a way that supports your opening & transformation while being in service to your nervous system.
Today my relationship with myself, my body and sex is nourishing, loving and ecstatic - something I’d been longing for for 2 decades. I’ve dedicated my life to Self Pleasure because it’s the practice which returned all of me back home. It reminds me that Love lives here, every time I put my hands on my body. Yes - and it depends. I work with a somatic and trauma-sensitive approach which moves at the pace of the nervous system. However, JUICE is an educational and experiential group journey which requires a level of self-holding and doesn’t replace therapy.
If anything comes up during or after this journey and you notice that you need additional 1:1 support, I’m happy to refer you to excellent colleagues of mine.

Yes! This is a queer-loving space which welcomes free gender expression. Please be aware that we work intimately with the body - this includes the vulva, breasts/chest and the (energetic) womb space. And while I don’t subscribe to binary gender norms, conversations around identity and “womanhood” will most likely be part of it. You don't have a private space for our calls & home practice. We'll be entering into intimate ritual spaces which can include nudity, genital touch, sound and movement. Whether you join live or watch the recording, you’ll want a space where you can feel undisturbed and free.
You have no interest in spirituality or the mystical side of sexuality.
You want to passively consume the course content and receive information only. While I will offer the space, tools and practices to guide and support you, the key principle of Self Pleasure is your commitment to your embodied practice.
You are looking for therapy. This space offers education, self-exploration, inquiry and the potential for transformation. While it may have deeply therapeutic
effects, it requires a level of self-responsibility and self-holding and does not replace 1:1 support.You want to process active sexual trauma through this course only. This is an experiential and embodied learning space with content which may be activating or triggering. It requires a willingness to meet your edges and breathe and soften into them.
The framework of JUICE orients around the elemental wisdom of nature.
Accessing deeply pleasurable & ecstatic states can feel impossible or overwhelming if you’re not deeply anchored in the body. The more rooted you are, the higher you can fly. After doing the somatic groundwork, you’ll spread your wings and reach for the stars.
Module 1 - Embodiment / Opening
This is where we land, plant intentions and connect as a community. We’ll explore what it means to be in current, ongoing conversation with our body.
To develop a line of communication with our sensations. To decipher the images and sounds which emerge from within. To hone our intuition. To learn the language of the body is to make the unconscious conscious. Somatic practice is shadow work - we learn to see in the dark.
We will also explore the building blocks of what it means to ritualise your somatic and pleasure practice and imbue it with prayer and intention. This is where it all begins.
Module 2 - Safety / Earth
How do we learn to feel safe in an unsafe world? By developing our capacity for embodied trust. When our trust has been shattered in the past, we develop clever strategies to protect ourselves from pain. Over time, these strategies become unconscious habits - somatic shapes which function like an armour we carry. It shields us from feeling deeply.
In order to open to more pleasure we need to gently and courageously drop the armour to access the vulnerability and softness beneath. To support us to soften and open, we’ll learn tools to build somatic
awareness of our nervous system, boundaries and desires - to anchor a sense of safety from within. By communing with the earth element we root down and build solid foundations.
Module 3 - Emotions / Water
We’ll be communing with the water element to explore the embodied experience of being “emotionally current.” What does it feel like when the flow of our emotions is blocked? Or when we are flooded by emotions? We’ll be learning somatic tools to notice, value and express light AND dense emotions as they arise in the form of physical sensations.
By understanding and embodying each stage of our emotional and energetic cycles, we increase our capacity to be fluid, attuned, alive and authentic in our emotional expression.
This supports the steady flow of erotic energy. Rather than waiting to be “in the mood” (spontaneous/elusive turn-on) we explore feeling in flow/turned on by life.
Module 4 - Touch / Fire
Many of us have a low “pleasure ceiling.” Meaning we are limited by how much pleasure we can let in. This is down to the embodied habits we have developed and perfected over years or even decades. “Masturbation” patterns, culturally formed by shame, guilt and quick dopamine hits, restrict our body and limit our capacity to feel all there is to feel.
We will commune with the fire element to invite play, creativity and transformation into our self pleasure practice. By exploring new ways of breathing, moving and touching our body we create more capacity for sensual and erotic pleasure to circulate. We’ll be working with step-by-step Sexological Bodywork tools to enhance sensitivity and increase orgasmicity.
Module 5 - Fantasies / Air
While the focus of this journey is on embodiment, we’ll be using this module to integrate our somatic practice and focus on the complex and creative erotic mind.
Our private erotic fantasies might be the most guarded piece of our
inner world. If something is erotically charged, it means that it holds a
lot of life. By turning toward our erotic fantasies, by taking them out
of the shadow into the light, we can get access to parts of ourselves
which hold a lot of power and wisdom - for our sex and our life.
We will explore a framework which supports deciphering our fantasies
and moving through shame and taboo into distilling the gifts of our
underlying needs & desires.
Module 6 - Magic / Ether
We’ll be communing with the element of ether to integrate our erotic and spiritual practice. During this module we’ll be exploring the embodied experience of inner union, pleasure alchemy and sex magick.
Opening the body to more pleasure and erotic flow is only the beginning - the real journey starts when we harness this energy and erotic trance intentionally. Being in deep communion with the body and the earth through devotional practice and aligning one’s intentions with the flow of life is the path of the erotic artist and the witch. We cast spells with our body.
Recognising this body as our beloved earth temple and simultaneously a human suit which doesn’t belong to us, supports us in opening to infinite love, creativity & magic. We utilise Self Pleasure as a practice to connect with the purpose of our soul through the flesh, blood & bones of our body.
Module 7 - Harmony / Closing
There’s an art to beginning and an art to ending - the latter is often
neglected. In our final module we’ll harvest the insights, learnings,
challenges and celebrations of the journey and move towards
integrating them into daily embodied practice. We’ll gather around
our metaphorical fire, close our ritual and release our group field.
This is when the journey really begins - the first day of the rest of our
life. How can we maintain the new shapes we have created in our
body? What is our commitment? How can we anchor the gifts of our
co-creation? How do we nourish the seeds we planted?
We will close the container with an earth-body ceremony to celebrate
and give thanks.
