MEET YOUR FACILITATOR
And this is me. I’m Luzi, Witch, Somatic Sexologist, Facilitator and Erotic Artist.
What brought me here was a desperate longing to move beyond the pain, depression, and disconnection that had shaped much of my life. For years, I searched for something -anything- that would bring me a sense of peace. When I found Self Pleasure, I found that - and so much more. I felt like I’d discovered the world’s best kept secret. Once I realised that this practice could take me to places within myself that I had longed to explore -yet was also terrified to face- I became determined.
So I decided to do a radical experiment. I practised Self Pleasure every day for 120 days. What followed this commitment was beyond my wildest dreams - my life started changing so rapidly that I could barely keep up.
Bit by bit, I stripped myself naked - of conventions & expectations, of should’s & norms. My life fell apart. And with every bit that collapsed & turned to dust, I began to feel a little more free.
Of course there was no way I could go back to how things were before. So I gave myself one year to trial what felt like…madness.
I will listen to my body. I will prioritise pleasure. I will stop setting alarms. I will make worshipping myself a daily practice. I will spend hours in the forest doing nothing. I will do things so radically different from everything I currently know - cause really, what’s there to lose?
What if followed beauty instead of perfection? What if I could create a thriving business from doing what I love? What if I did what brings me joy over what makes sense?
When I started to listen, really listen to my body, the answers to “what next?” were always clear and rarely made sense. Often, I didn’t like them.
But I listened.
It’s been almost 5 years since starting a regular Self Pleasure practice burned my life to ashes so I could grow my beautifully unique & abundant garden in juicy and fertile soil.
I couldn’t have “manifested” this life cause I didn’t think it was possible. Not a day goes by when I don’t feel in awe by where this work has taken me.

This work is slow & subtle - and it goes deeper than any other medicine I know.

Yes. if you can’t make it live, you will receive the recording within 24hrs of the call.
You have access to all coaching call recordings for 6 months. After that you can download the calls and keep them forever. You have life-long access to all guided rituals and video module teachings which will be uploaded to the learning portal.

I encourage you to make the commitment to attend all life calls. However, I am aware that might not always possible. If you miss a call, you can send your questions into our group to have them answered on the calls and catch up with the recording after. This journey is designed so you can repeat and revisit all practices and rituals in your own time.

No. You will have to decide on your group before the course starts and stay in it for the whole programme.

Yes. You have to understand English for some parts of this course (but you don’t have to speak it). Here’s how the German group is going to work:
All 14 coaching calls and Self Pleasure Rituals with me will be in German, as well as all communication on our Community Channel and our 1:1 call.
However, the 6 guest speaker calls, system emails and the recorded videos and resources on the online learning portal will be in English.

Due to the nature of its content, aspects of this programme may be emotionally activating or triggering. While I aim to offer a gentle and supportive environment, I don’t offer therapy. JUICE is a group journey which requires self-responsibility and does not replace 1:1 support. In order to join, you must be aware of this and able to seek professional help if needed.

Yes! This is a queer-loving space which welcomes free gender expression. Please be aware that we work intimately with the body - this includes the vulva, breasts/chest and the (energetic) womb space. And while I don’t subscribe to binary gender norms, conversations around identity and “womanhood” will be part of it.
